With an eclectic mix of rock and hop, Grove Hill is a major upcoming force in the music industry. Brother and sister duo, Justin and Bri Geraci, make up the band Grove Hill, named after a hill in their hometown of Chagrin Falls in Cleveland, Ohio . “Every year in our home town, Juniors and Seniors in high school spend months gathering thousands of pumpkins. Then, around Halloween time, they roll them down this huge hill. It’s called the Pumpkin Roll. The hill they roll the pumpkins down is called Grove Hill!” the duo explains.

Far from their pumpkin-rolling town of Chagrin Falls, the siblings find themselves in Hollywood , California , producing and writing new material with a number of talented individuals. Growing up, the duo started getting involved in music at an early age. Justin began playing the guitar at the age of 12 and Bri started singing at the age of 6. ”We discovered we had musical ability very young. We would put on shows in our living room when we were 8 and 10 years old.”

“We come from a pretty big family, we have two other brothers 15 and 17. They’re like football stars at their high school. Our 17-year-old brother is also an amazing drummer. We have talked about getting him out here to join the project. Our mom is a hairdresser; She owned her own salon for many years. Our dad was also in the music bizz in the 60's. He was the singer of two billboard #1 records, "Precious and Few" and "Time Won't Let Me" with groups the "Outsiders" and "Climax."”

“Growing up we were never that into school. But we were able to get by with our grades. We spent most of our time working on music and planning out our careers. Bri performed in a number of musicals and plays in high school. Justin spent most of his time writing and recording music.”

“Justin had a bit of a rebellious attitude as a child, He rolled with the skater crew in junior high, and he was kind of a punk. In high school, he started writing music. Bri had a bunch of friends. There were always people running around the house.”

While attending their local high school, the two dreamed of nothing less than Hollywood. They spent most of their time working on their music and planning out their future in music.

“Picking a genre wasn't very tricky. We mostly loved music with rhythm. So we went that direction.”

There is no lack of rhythm in their upbeat, dance inclined songs, including, “On the Dancefloor,” “ California ,” and “Lipstick Lover.” However, “At the End of the Day,” evidences their ability to produce music with a sultry melody and soft instinct. Lead singer, Bri, has a powerful and soulful voice, which brings a gentleness and lightness to their songs.

“I can see us having longevity in the music bizz. I can also see us getting involved in television. Not many artists do that anymore. I don't know why”

There is no doubting their unique sound of “hypnotic grooves and rock formula” and a brother-sister duo such as themselves bring a new flair and inspiration to the music industry.

“I think we’re interesting because we have a definable writing and singing style and there's not many brother-sister duo's out there.”

But even with all the chaos around them, writing, producing, playing shows, the two still have time for family, friends and good times! They enjoy hitting the beach and the pool and love to support other bands in the area. Entertainers on and off the stage, they still stay in contact with all of their friends and family back home.

With a true love for the music and a bright future in the industry, Justin and Bri find themselves on the ride of their life. With their talent and passion, Grove Hill is sure to be a hit with all music followers. “Music to us means everything. No matter what you’re going through in your life, there’s always a soundtrack in the background.”

And who inspires them?

“Jesus Christ and anyone who believes in making the impossible come true!”

Grove Hill is well on their way to making the impossible become true.
