Our Trip To Dallas 6 Flags
We started out early Sat morning--me 2 of my sisters (Maegan and Fivel), Bruce who was doing merch for us and of course my dad driving. We stopped every 4 or so hours for gas, food and drink and to use the bathroom--that was the only time my dad would stop so you better go haha.
After about 13 hours we stopped in El Paso at a Subway and met Dave from Black Cat Ent--he wanted to talk to my dad about doing a show for him. It was late but they still had their meeting. When they wrapped up we got on the road again--my dad finally pulled over around 3:00 AM to take a nap. I woke up at 6 AM when my dad started drving again--heading to Dallas. We finally arrived at 12:30--exactly the time my dad had predicted--he's weird like that. Chris from entertainment met us and showed us the stage--looked great. Grabbed some food and my sisters went on some rides. At 5:00 PM we did a sound check and Jason who is in charge there showed us around--asked my dad if we could come back again on July 17th to do the pre=parade show and then open for Mitchel Musso on the 18th.
Hit the stage at 8:45 and it went great!!! The people there are really great. After the show did a meet and greet--loaded out and headed home--I was really looking forward to the 24 hour ride--not haha.
Well we are home have some shows here in the LA area then on July 4th right after we do a concert we head to St Louis for a month to film and do some concerts --and yep we are driving yeah--haha

We had a crazy weekend---Saturday my sister Fivel and I opened for Aaron Carter at the 1st Annual Childrens Day in Van Nuys CA--we had to sound check at 8 AM and my dad always makes us get there early so we had to roll our lazy rear ends out of bed at 6 AM --YUCK
When we arrived at the event you could tell it was going to be a great day. The weather was nice --we had comfortable rooms and the people were awesome--Traci was a big help. We ended up sound checking around 9 AM --it's sorta usual to run behind. The sound system was really pumping--that's the one thing that will stop us from doing a concert-a poor sound system. My dad always says that if you can't sound good don't do the show.
We were scheduled to go on at 12:30--we actually hit the first note at 12:15--ahead of schedule WOW! We only did a short set but the crowd and fans were amazing and reaally got into the performance. Let me tell you when the crowd is in to it performers always do better. We had about an hour long meet and greet which is always fantastic--we like staying until everyone has gone thru the line--if they can take their time to see us then we can wait and meet them.
We got on the road by 2:00--after eating some great food the production provided---next weekend we are doing the Hollywood Christmas Parade--Winterfest --I will let you know how it goes--keep your fingers crossed!

Anaheim Halloween Parade 2008
we found out Thursday we would be performing at the parade on Sat. So we started putting the show together and rehearsed like crazy Friday. Thank goodness we already sorta had the general choreography down. After rehearsing on Friday we drove down to Culver City CA to the ED Hardy corp. office and the gave us a ton of stuff to choose from to were for the show Saturday morning we all got up early to hit the gym then load up the SUV to head down to Anaheim. We ended up leaving around 1:30 which was earlier than we had planned but i was a good thing because traffic was terrible! We arrived at the VIP parking and holding area around 2:45 and unloaded for our sound check.
The sound check went slow but finally worked out. We all made our way back to the holding area to eat. at 5:40 we went back down to the show area--6:00 Pm we went on. We did a 20 minute show and ended with The DC Games theme song. We all had a amazing time and were treated great! We went to eat with some fans/friends and headed home--by 11: we were all i bed snoring--the life of a teen rock star hahah

WELL----my Dad decided to drive to the concert my sisters and I were having in Chicago. So we loaded up the rental van --i got the front seat and plugged in my DVD player. My sisters along with a friend brought to sell merch created a lounge area in the back. We kissed my Mom and little sister Sage goodbye and headed out on our adventure.. My dad thinks we should see the country we live in not just read about it or see it on TV. The trip wasn't bad, he drove pretty much straight there ( we live in LA), I think he stopped and took a hour long nap at a rest area and we were there in about 30 hours. We loved stopping at the travel centers along the way --they always have things you can't live without lol... I guess the only down side was when my Dad bought a book on tape---he is a western fan and I'm really not into listening to a lonnnng story about Dead Eye ahhah. When we arrived we checked out the entrance we were to enter the next morning then found a hotel. The one we finally setled on was the coolest ever--there were black lights and paintings of all the super heros on the walls --our room was the Spider Man room--awesome!
We were supposed to report to 6 Flags at noon but my Dad gets up early so we went and had the BEST breakfast buffett at the Golden Corral --man we all ate too much! We finished eating and headed over arriving at around 10 AM they were really cool and the man in charge (Damien) and everybody else were all so happy and nice to us the whole time. We did a sound check and then went out to see where we were going to do the meet and greet after the show. I met some really great people who were there for the concert and my sisters went on some rides with a new friend. Then the trouble started--it had looked like rain all day but had held off, then right before we were supposed to go on it started pouring. The fans were amazing they all stayed and Damien asked my Dad if we wanted to go on and he said 'if they can wait in the rain we can play in it'.So we went out and played as if it wasn't raining -- after the second or third song the rain let up , I couldn't flip because the stage was wet but the show went so so great! There were a bunch of really cool things about the show--it was the first time me and my 2 sisters Maegan and Fivel performed together, the songs had never been played for an audience before and Fivel did a great job singing an original, but mostly the fans were sooo awesome , they really made us feel great. After Demi went off we did a 2 hour meet and greet and got to talk to a bunch of new friends---we really appreciate all the support! We hope they bring us back!
We grabbed some coffee (my Dad) with some friends and headed back to LA oh no, more stories about Dead Eye hahah.
